COM - Remove Label - Floor Exceptions

SKUs engaged Mango's Closeout Management (COM) process last month but not this upcoming month will be listed here. Because these SKUs have been removed from management, they will not have new bin tags printed when the new promo is activated. However, they will likely still have the old bin tags from the previous promo and when this promo is deactivated, these tags should be removed!
