Eternal Outs - Floor Exceptions

This exception trap shows SKUs being counted (during your shooting outs process) at zero on hand at least twice during the last three months. During this period the SKU has not exhibited any sales nor purchase activity.  This can indicate a condition where an empty hook/bin is being counted at zero over and over, but the product is not being replenished.  This can happen when an item is canceled from your warehouse or an errant code (Inventory Maintenance) has been applied to the SKU which is blocking it from being reordered. Note: this section excludes SKUs that are out of stock at your Ace warehouse (Ace SKU's only).

Guidance for shooting outs in your store can be found here.

Steps to process this Report:

  1. Determine if the SKU is available from your RSC (type the SKU into Acenet and look for its status) and desired to be replenished.
  2. If the SKU is not desired or not available from the vendor then remove the tag and hook and update its location code and Store Closeout flag if applicable.
  3. If the item or its replacement is available and desired then order the item and/or set its codes (see below) so that it can be reordered.
  4. If the SKU is showing a QOO Issue? then there might be an issue with a pending order in MPO.
  5. If the row is showing ICMBlok then replenishment is being blocked by ICM until the replaced SKU's quantity-on-hand is depleted.
