Okay, do we really need a video showing us how to count? In a typical store, counting errors and their corrections make up 40% of a store's quantity-on-hand variances. Obtaining an accurate count the first time is the cornerstone of accuracy and it is exceptionally difficult to do in a busy retail environment. So yes, yes we do need a video explaining how to count and why counting it right the first time matters.
