Operational Level 2 - Fixing Boundary Accuracy Issues

For most stores, fixing Boundary Accuracy is a simple clean-up task that involves cost corrections, Keep Stock Info code changes and perhaps running a PO or Credit PO. For other stores, the process may entail re-configuring placeholder SKUs or changing Keep Stock Info settings on several classes of inventory. Steps to address Boundary Accuracy Issues

  1. Open your Exceptions PDF report (Action Email).
  2. Start on page 1 and look for report titles starting with "Boundary Exception - ...". Boundary Exception reports are listed first, if you do not see any then your store does not have any Boundary Accuracy Issues!
  3. Process each Boundary Exception report in page order. There is a blue help link at the bottom of each page with report-specific help (also listed below).
