To queue the Negative Quantity-on-hand (QOH) report to run every night we first have to determine the name of our end-of-day (EOD) queue.

Launch Eagle Browser and type SEQ into the Launch box.  Now scroll down the queue list looking for your store(s) EOD queue.  The queue name may have "EOD" contained within the queue name and will be scheduled to run "Everyday" and "Unattended".  Write down the queue name for your store(s) as we will use this name in the next step.  Close out of SEQ.




Next, at Eagle Browser type RIS into the Launch Box.

Select Print Setup and then 
    Select the appropriate printer for the store (you should choose "A" Spool and then Print for Print To)
    Set Print Prepage? to N

Select Options (displayed above)
    Report Type = "C"
    Flex Rep Name = "ZQ"
    Select Options = "X"

Select From / To and type "ACE" as the Prime Vendor

For multi-stores, select the appropriate Store in From/To

Press Queue (F7)
    Select the store's Queue Name that was written in the first step
    Type "Daily - Negative QOH Report" in the comment line. 
    Press OK

For multi-stores, you can repeat the last two steps for each store.
