Master Exception Report

 

The Master Exception Report arrives in your Action Email packet and is delivered only to the "primary" store in a multi-store group (typically the lowest Eagle store number on your system).  The report deals with Master Data, meaning the data is common to all stores in a chain such as Order Multiple, UPCs, Discontinued Flag, Kit Headers, etc.

Avoid getting hung up processing Exception Reports. Delegate them to someone who is good at punching numbers and who understands your E4W system and follow up on their work.  If that person is you then try to take the Master Exception Report in small chunks, start with page 1 and work sequentially. Each report has a little help in bold near the bottom and is sometimes all you need to get started otherwise there is a help link which will take you to a dedicated help page for that report.
