Network Access Steps:

Stores with Secure Access will not be able to paste in the macro, you'll need to build the macro manually which is different than typing in the macro.

File Prep (A)

  1. Enable Editing and Enable Content
  2. Sort out any data you may want to exclude using the column filters.
  3. Click the button in the header called "Export for NA"
  4. The file is automatically prepped and needs to be saved. Save location defaults to C:\User\Desktop\MangoFiles\...
  5. Close out of Excel

Network Access Import (B)

  1. In Eagle Browser, launch Network Access (NA)
  2. In the Function line type MFI and press Enter
  3. In the upper right, click Options -> Keys -> Programmable Keys
  4. Pick an open Key, for this help I will use Ctrl + F8
  5. Under Data File Name: click the ". . .".
  6. Select the file we saved in Step A.4 above
  7. One time setup - Under Macro Definition: paste the following WITHOUT the asterisks. **If you are unable to Paste the macro, this is because you have Secure Access. Please see the "Building the Macro for Secure Access users" below.
    1. Single Store: **{Column 2}{BREAK}{END}{BS}{DEL}{Column 3}{F5}{F4}{F12}**
    2. Multi Store: **{DEL}{Column 1}{ENTER}{Column 2}{BREAK}{END}{BS}{DEL}{Column 3}{F5}{F4}{F12}**
  8. Uncheck the box that says "Macro playback follows keyboard focus"
  9. Click OK
  10. Press F12 to ensure the screen is clear
  11. Press the programmable key you used, in this case, I used Ctrl + F8
  12. The screen will begin to flash. This process may take several minutes depending on the number of stores/updates
  13. When the screen has stopped you can close out of Network Access, you're finished!
