Mango Report® - Onboarding

 

Whether you are new to Mango or simply need a refresher, this onboarding course will introduce you to all of Mango's major components and show you how to use them in your store. The course modules are spread out over six months so they can be incorporated into your busy schedule (you can go faster if you wish). If you've been involved in retail for a long time then much of Mango will be intuitive, but if you are new to retail then you may find yourself overwhelmed at first, and that's alright. Mango's major components are being used by thousands of stores and they all started right where you are.

 

Mango's reports, metrics, and operating procedures act like a personal trainer helping to improve the health of your store's inventory. Most of the reports are prescriptive, meaning the analysis and item selection has already been performed by Mango, but your store needs to do the step-by-step work to process the reports; many of these reports have underlying metrics showing goals and progress.
