RPA Settings - Master Exception Report

You can find a full, multi-store listing in the MEGA Report located in your Data Import directory.

Steps to download your report can be found here.

This report shows how your store's Product Analysis Report (RPA) settings (also called your ranking report) compare with the suggested settings in AWOR's (Ace Way of Retailing) order point scheme. The RPA report updates each SKU's popularity code which forms the foundation of your order point scheme (ROP). This step is essential for stores employing Ace's ROP scheme.  The AWOR Order Point scheme uses percentage breakpoints to convert percentage-based popularity into annual units sold such that SKUs with 1-8 sales per year receive a "D" popularity code (B = 9 -25 annual units, etc.) regardless of store unit volume. Therefore, each store will have custom percentage breakpoints to achieve this proper conversion.  These breakpoints need to be tuned from time to time to keep the conversion in alignment (for more information see Acenet -> AWOR -> Store Operations -> Computer Sug. Ord. -> Item Ranking).

  1. In your Mango RPA Settings report, look for the text "ALERT: RPA setup issue detected."

        Where is the ALERT text?

If the ALERT text is in your report, please stop here and troubleshoot your RPA setup below (there may be a sequencing or filtering issue with your report). If you need assistance please contact us.
