Select SKUs from the Closeout Management Grid to be included in next month's closeout promotion file.

  4. Under the Unproductive Inventory section, click the Current % hyperlink for Obsolete
  5. A grid will load and populate SKUs suggested for markdown. These SKUs are non-discovery, non-collection, and in-season.

  4. A window will appear allowing you to print the changes you submitted for your records.
  5. Once all the SKUs in the grid have been submitted, you're done!

Advanced Users

Using Closeout Management before a reset or remodel has become a popular tool to get unwanted inventory out of the store without it ending up in a green tote in the back room. In the COM grid you'll find an Add SKU Button and clicking this will display a free form grid. You can copy and paste up to 250 SKUs at a time and select 1 of the 4 options for each SKU. A word of caution, adding a large number of SKUs to COM will create extra label maintenance and can have a negative impact to store image.

  1. Click Add SKUs in the upper-left
  2. Paste or type in your list of SKUs
  3. Click Add
  4. Select 1 of the 4 options for each SKU
  5. Click Submit and Print

Step 2: Order Red Bin Labels and Shelf Talkers
