Onboarding - Month 5

This month we will learn about Mango's Shrink Report and its Variance Worksheet. Processing your Variance Worksheet each month and keeping track of shrink is a key step to ensuring procedural errors and theft are managed.  Like in previous months, your store will be processing its Count Sheets and tracking completion progress.  If you have time, you can always circle back on your exception reports from previous modules.
