This report shows non-Ace SKUs stocked in your store with a UPC match in the Ace catalog.  In many cases, it makes sense to convert these SKUs to your catalog SKU so they can be replenished from your warehouse.

SKUs on this report are not repeated for a year. You can view your full store listing in your Excel Assortment Report.xlsx available in your Online Reports Directory.

You can find a full, multi-store listing in the MEGA Report located in your Data Import directory. Steps to download your report can be found here.

1. In your Eagle Browser, press the Catalog button (CAT).
2. Display the Ace SKU you would like to convert into (this is the right-hand SKU on your report).
3. Press Add (F4).
4. Repeat step 2 and 3 for all SKUs you would like to convert.
5. Launch IMU and note the retail price and location of the SKUs you would like to convert. 
6. Eagle Browser, launch RCIN 
7. Press Add (F4)
8. Type in a Batch Name (MUPC) for example.
9. Type in your first non-Ace SKU for the Old SKU and its corresponding Ace SKU for the New SKU.
10. You can leave New Description blank and make sure Change Type is "B" - Combine.
11. Repeat step 9 for each SKU you would like to convert.
12. Finalize the page by pressing Finalize (F3) and running the RCIN report (F4).
13. Launch IMU and display each newly added Ace SKU.
14. In the Stocking tab, select Ace from the Prime Vend field.
15. Review pricing and other settings for accuracy.
16. Click the Change button to save your changes.
