The Master Exception Report arrives in your Action Email packet and is delivered only to the "primary" store in a multi-store group (typically the lowest Eagle store number on your system). The report deals with Master Data, meaning the data is common to all stores in a chain such as Order Multiple, UPCs, Discontinued Flag, Kit Headers, etc. Single stores still receive this report separately and it should be processed along with your other reports.
