Blank QOH - Office Exceptions
This listing shows SKUs with active locations (location code starts with a number) and blank quantity-on-hands. SKUs with blank QOH do not appear on ordering reports (MPO/RSO) and will not be automatically ordered as part of your regular order. Because these SKUs have active locations, it is unclear whether these items are desired on the sales floor.

Steps to Process this Report:

1. In Eagle Browser, open Inventory Maintenance (IMU)
2. Type in the SKU and press Enter
3. Decide if the item is desired on your sales floor. Repeat the steps below for each SKU on the report.

If Yes:

1. Enter 0 for the SKU's QOH, and press Change (F5).
2. Set the Store Closeout = N (Codes Tab), and press Change (F5).
3. This item will now show up to be ordered on your next regular order. 

If No: 

1. Enter DRXX in the Location field (where XX is the year, e.g. DR23, or your store's closeout/dropped location code), and press Change (F5).
2. Set the Store Closeout = Y (Codes Tab), and press Change (F5).
3. This item will disappear from the report and will not risk being accidently ordered.
