Month 6 - Track Count Sheet Progress

Your Count Sheet completion metric is a 3-month average and because of this we allow you to make up missed counts from the previous 2 months and get credit for the work. The steps outlined below use the LISTS feature from Eagle Browser to achieve 100% Count Sheet Completion!  

Eagle Browser LISTS

LISTS is a great way to quickly see any remaining Count Sheet SKUs that still need a count.  Note: if you follow the steps below but do not see the Mango Count Sheet list then a 1-time setup needs to be performed on your Eagle Server, click here for those instructions. Your Eagle Server needs to be on Level 28 (released in 2018) or higher to use this functionality.

1. In Eagle Browser, launch LISTS
2. Under List Type click the drop-down and select P
3. Under Item List click the drop-down and select MANGO COUNT SHEETS ​(if multi-store, make sure to select your store)
4. Locate the column Date Last PIP, you may need to add this column to the view
5. Double click on the column header to sort the data
6. The SKUs with the oldest Last Physical Dates will come to the top
7. Double click again and the SKUs with BLANK or newest Last Physical Dates will come to the top
8. Any SKU without a Last Physical Date in the current month still needs to be counted
