Location 2 = MDR and Store Closeout = N - Office Exceptions

Setting the second location code (Location 2) to "MDR" and Store Closeout = Y flags a SKU to be part of Mango's Closeout Management process (COM). Both conditions: Location 2 = MDR  (or starts with MDR) AND Store Closeout = Y need to be met.

This report shows SKUs that have MDR in Location 2 but do not have Store Closeout set to Y. Therefore, these SKUs are in an ambiguous state and are either not being closed out, or risk being inadvertently closed out if/when Store Closeout is set to Y.

Steps to Process this Report:

1. Launch Eagle Browser
2. Enter in the SKU
3. Decide if you intend to close the SKU out​

• If Yes - set Store Closeout = Y (Codes tab) and press change. This SKU will be managed via COM next month.
• If No - click on the +Location hyperlink (Stocking tab) and blank out Location 2. Press OK and then Change.
