Month 2 - Office Exception Report

The Office Exception Report arrives in your Action Email packet and is delivered to each store in your organization.

Pay special attention to "Boundary" exceptions (1) (usually the first three pages) where SKUs with errant QOH/Cost, Store Supply, and Negative Value are screened: fixing these SKUs are a top priority.  These exceptions are called "Boundary" because they are outside of Mango's Count Sheet auditing process (outside the Count Sheet boundary) as they are not applicable to be counted, rather there is a problem with Cost, QOH, or inclusion in ending inventory value. As a reminder from Month 1 training, don't forget about the MEGA Report (2). It can be very useful for tackling the entirety of the list as the example here is displaying 44 of 177 SKUs, all 177 will be listed in the MEGA Report.
