Non-Ace Product Mix - Excel Workbook This macro-enabled Excel workbook shows vendors your store carries (you have to carry at least one non-RSC-backed UPC for the vendor) and ranks all the vendor's items based on the percentage of stores selling the UPC and its average annual sales units. A UPC has to be carried by at least 1% of stores and have at least 8 annual sales units to be listed. This is a great report to help spot good-selling SKUs for non-Ace SKUs for which your store carries. Your Non-Ace Product Mix report is located in your store's Excel directory online.
Filtering Ideas:
Dept: crowd-sourced based on the most common Eagle dept. for stores carrying the UPC.
Store SKU: NIF = Not in File (your store does not carry the UPC).
Item Rank: Ranks the vendor's items based on average annual sales units times percent of stores selling the UPC. The lower the rank, the better.
Possible Mfg. Number: shows the most common manufacturer number for the stores carrying the SKU. Available Source: RSC, Ace Direct, or Drop Ship. Indicates if the item is available other than drop-ship only.
Active Stores: percentage of (Mango) stores selling the UPC (last 12 months).
Peer Cost/Retail - the most common cost and retail for the UPC.
On-Line Avg. Retail - the average online retail price. There can be a lot of noise in this figure, but it can also be a good reference point.
Amazon Link: this is very cool. If we can find a corresponding product in Amazon then it will be linked here.
Top Peer Groups: Shows you the top 3 regions where the UPC is sold nationwide.
