Discontinued Flag Mismatches - Master Exception Report

This report identifies SKUs that are flagged as discontinued in your Eagle system although they are still active in your Ace warehouse.

  1. In Epicor's Eagle Browser, open Inventory Maintenance.
  2. Enter a SKU from your Discontinued Flag Mismatches report and click the Display button.
  3. Select the Codes tab.
  4. Select N from the Discontinued field (3rd column). (Multi-store note: The Discontinued setting is master data and applies to all of your stores.)
  5. Select Y from the Store Closeout field if you do not wish to stock this SKU (if you wish to stock the SKU then select N).
  6. Multi-store step: The Store Closeout setting is specific to the store selected in the Store field. To change the Store Closeout setting for other stores, select a different store and click the Change button. Repeat this step for each store you want to change.
  7. Click the Change button to save the changes.
  8. Repeat these steps for each SKU listed in your Discontinued Flag Mismatches report.

Order Indicator Mismatches - Master Exception Report

 

This report identifies SKUs having an Order Indicator set to S, have active locations, and are active RSC SKUs. SKUs with an Order Indicator of S (multi-stores: Order Indicator is master data) will not show up on your store(s) RSO/MPO and therefore will not be replenished through your regular weekly orders. If you would like these SKUs to be replenished normally then simply blank out the Order Indicator in Inventory Maintenance. Otherwise, you should set the Store Closeout = Y flag to indicate it is not desired in your store's assortment (Store Closeout is store specific).

If you want to replenish the SKU normally

  1. In Epicor's Eagle Browser, open Inventory Maintenance.
  2. Enter a SKU from your Order Indicator Mismatch report and click the Display button.
  3. Select the blank selection from the Order Indicator field (3rd column).
  4. Click the Change button to save the changes.
  5. Repeat these steps for each SKU listed in your Order Indicator Mismatches report.

If you do not want to replenish the SKU

  1. In Epicor's Eagle Browser, open Inventory Maintenance.
  2. Enter a SKU from your Order Indicator Mismatch report and click the Display button.
  3. Select the blank selection from the Order Indicator field (3rd column).
  4. Enter your inactive or dropped location code (example: DR18)
  5. Click the Change button
  6. Select the Codes tab
  7. Select the Store Closeout = Y field (Codes tab, 3rd column)
  8. Click the Change button
  9. Repeat these steps for each SKU listed in your Order Indicator Mismatches report.
