Common Transaction - Office Exceptions

This report shows items commonly sold in multiples where your store's inventory level and order point are not sufficient to accommodate these sales.

You can find a full, multi-store listing in the MEGA Report located in your Data Import directory. Steps to download your report can be found here.

Steps to process this Report:

1. Determine if increased inventory level is desired for your store.
2. In Eagle Browser, launch Inventory Maintenance.
3. Type in the SKU and click the Display button (F6).
4. Increase Minimum Order Point to the suggested level (Common Transaction, CTX) or desired level.
5. Press Change (F5), move onto the next.
