Onboarding - Month 1

Month 1 is all about baby steps: at first it's easy to get overwhelmed or try to tackle too much, so we've laid out the important first foundational steps below. This module is flexible, if you only make it to processing Count Sheets (step 2) and don't make it to the Master Exceptions (step 4) then no big deal as you can spread this module across two or three months. Or, maybe you have an inventory team capable of tackling these steps with ease; then you're more than welcome to move on to Month 2 training. We know you're also trying to run a busy retail hardware store, so go at your own pace, and whatever you don't get to, it will repeat on next month's reports.  

There's a lot to Mango, but always remember, processing your Count Sheets each month is the most important step.
