Delete Report - Class

Below are the steps to delete all the Finelines not being used. No SKUs are associated with these finelines anymore.

Stores with Secure Access will not be able to paste in the macro, you'll need to build the macro manually which is different than typing in the macro.

File Prep (A)

1. If you haven't already, Enable Editing and Enable Content



2. Delete any rows you wish to exclude
3. Click the button in the header called "Export Mfg Vend for .txt file"
4. The file is automatically prepped and needs to be saved. Save location defaults to your Desktop.
5. Close out of Excel

Network Access Import (B)

1. In Eagle Browser, launch Network Access (NA)
2. Type MCL into the function line, press Enter
3. In the upper left of the screen, click Options -> Keys -> Programmable Keys
4. Find a blank Programmable Key, I'll be using Ctrl F8
5. Click the ". . ." button and find the .txt file you exported earlier, click on the file then click Open
6. Select the following without the asterisks (*) into the Macro Definition box: *{Column 1}{BREAK}{F6}{F6}{F12}*
7. Right-click in the Macro Definition box and select Paste​. **If you are unable to Paste the macro, this is because you have Secure Access. Please see the "Building the Macro for Secure Access users" below.
8. Uncheck the box saying "Macro playback follows keyboard focus"
9. Click Ok
10. Press F12
11. Run your programmable key: Ctrl + F8 or the one you chose
12. This could take several minutes to run. The screen will stop flashing when complete then close out of Network Access
13. Pat on the back, congrats! All Classes are deleted
