Product Analysis - Class Rollup
This worksheet lists metrics by class as set up (Eagle MCL) and assigned in your Eagle system. Metrics are rolled up twelve trailing months (TTM) values and the list is initially sorted by Annual Sales dollars. You can double-click the red underlined class in column A to see significant SKU detail (insignificant SKUs are not be listed).
Class: the class. Class Name: the class name assigned in MCL. Primary Dept: the most common department for this class based on active SKUs in your store. Sales Rank: 1 = top-ranked or highest sales class, 2 = second highest, etc.
SKU Count: shows the number of active SKUs (QOH > 0 or recent sale).
Sales +/- YOY: sales increase/decrease from last year (year-over-year).
Annual Sales: shows the last twelve months sales dollars. Gross Profit: shows the last twelve months gross profit dollars (average cost). Margin: shows the last twelve months gross profit margin percentage (average cost).
GMROI: shows gross profit return on inventory (gross profit / average inventory).
Current Inventory: current inventory dollar value as of the report date.
Average Inventory: average last twelve months inventory value.
Shrink - net shrink over the last twelve months (replacement cost).
Inventory Change - inventory value changes compared to 12 months ago. Obsolete Inventory: dollar amount of inventory which has not sold in over two years (MEGA Report >> Obsolete Tab) A/B/C/D/X: the number of SKUs in each popularity code ranking for the location.
Sales Variance Ace SKUs: shows the sales difference between what your store sells and what the typical store (matched to your store's size) sells. For example $-400 means your store sells $400 less in this class than the typical peer store your exact size. Discovery COR Coverage: shows the percentage of Discovery COR SKUs that your store carries in this class. Missed Opp COR Sales: shows the likely annual sales of Discovery COR SKUs not carried in your store.
