Store Closeout = U - Office Exceptions
This listing shows items that have "U" (temporarily unavailable) set as their Store Closeout value (Inventory Maintenance -> Codes Tab). However, these SKUs are now available to be ordered through your RSC. Since SKUs with a Store Closeout value other than "N" do not show up on your reorder reports, action needs to be taken to either allow these SKUs to be reordered, or mark them as closed out in your store.


This situation can happen when a temporarily unavailable item is reinstated and the item is missed when working Item Change Management (ICM).

 

Steps to Process this Report:

  1. In Eagle Browser, open Inventory Maintenance (IMU)
  2. Type in the SKU and press Enter
  3. Decide if the item is desired on your sales floor. Repeat the steps below for each SKU on the report.

If Yes:

  1. Set Store Closeout = N (Codes Tab), and press Change (F5)
  2. This item will now show up to be ordered on your next regular order. 

If No: 

  1. Enter DRXX in the Location field (where XX is the year, e.g. DR23, or your store's closeout/dropped location code), and press Change (F5).
  2. Set the Store Closeout = Y (Codes Tab), and press Change (F5).
