How to Count - Video

This video highlights the importance of counting accurately the first time and shows four strategies to help guarantee a good first count. This video should be watched before a user is granted permission to make changes in Physical Inventory Posting (PIP).  Below the video there is a "Before you PIP" tip sheet available for download or you can send us a note at support@mangoreport.com and we will mail your store laminated copies.

Although the concepts covered in this video seem elementary, ensuring a good first count is the most important step in obtaining Level 1 accuracy (IRA).
