Product Analysis - Vendor Rollup
This worksheet lists metrics by vendor as set up (MVR) and assigned (IMU) in your Eagle system. If a SKU's Mfg vendor is blank, then its Prime Vendor will be used. Metrics are rolled up twelve trailing months (TTM) values and the list is initially sorted by Annual Sales dollars. You can double-click the red underlined vendor in Column A to see significant SKU detail (insignificant SKUs are not be listed).
Vendor: summary of activity for Mfg/Prime numbers assigned in your Eagle system. Vendor Name: the vendor name assigned in Eagle MVR. RSC Coverage: the percentage of active vendor SKUs carried by your primary vendor's retail support center (warehouse). You can use this column to zero in on drop-ship only vendors (usage example: set a Number Filter to 25% and less to show only those vendors with 25% or less RSC coverage). Top Dept: the most common department for this vendor based on the active SKUs in your store. Sales Rank: 1 = top-ranked or highest sales vendor, 2 = 2nd to top sales, etc.
SKU Count: shows the number of active (QOH > 0 or recent sales) vendor SKUs in your store.
Sales +/- YOY: sales increase/decrease from last year (year-over-year).
Annual Sales: shows the last twelve months sales dollars. Gross Profit: shows the last twelve months gross profit dollars (average cost). Margin: shows the last twelve months vendor gross profit margin percentage (average cost). GMROI: shows gross profit return on inventory (gross profit / average inventory). Current Inventory: current inventory dollar value as of the report date. Average Inventory: average last twelve months inventory value.
Cash Flow - last twelve months sales minus purchases.
Shrink - net shrink over the last twelve months (replacement cost).
Inventory Change - inventory value dollar change compared to 12 months ago. Obsolete Inventory: dollar amount of inventory which has not sold in over two years (MEGA Report >> Obsolete Tab) Estimated Order Cost: the estimated amount of your vendor order based on your report date quantity on hand, order point and order multiple. Store Closeout Y or Discontinued = Y excluded. MVR P.O. Minimum: the vendor's minimum order amount as set in MVR -> P.O. Minimum. Order Cost Above Minimum: the amount which the Estimated Order Cost exceeds the MVR P.O. Minimum.
